There's hope on the horizon for an aftermarket Chrysler 392 Hemi #engineblock! The 'Chizler' block project is back in motion after a slight delay. #Chizler is the collaboration between Gene Adams, Claude Lavoie and Arias Components (as consultant/designer) to recreate early #chryslerhemi engine components. Pictured is the first #aluminumcasting (taken last week) from the revised pattern. We chose to pour the first two with no water jacket to validate the pattern and machining. They'll be assembled, dynoed, then R&D'd in Claude's and George Vanderpool's 7.0 Pro #dragster. No projected co$t yet. More details and progress to come📣📣📣.

There's been some speculation of which iconic Hemi #valvecover ours resembles. Fact is the #ariascomponents cover is cast from the former 'Parker' #chryslerhemi pattern - which according to George Parker's son, Tom, is the original 'Thompson' 10-fin. George was one of M/T's pattern makers and acquired some of Mickey's patterns - including our valve cover's - of which he filled in the 'Thompson' and rebranded as his own. You make the call🤔.
