AGREEMENT TO TERMS:
It is assumed purchaser agrees and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sales by entering into a business arrangement to purchase product from ARIAS COMPONENTS.
ORDERS:
No order will be considered valid until that order ships from ARIAS COMPONENTS’ facility and an invoice is issued. There is no minimum order quantity.
SALES POLICY:
All orders will be priced according to ARIAS COMPONENTS’ current retail price schedule. A discount will be extended to all qualifying Dealers/Jobbers or Stocking Distributors. A completed Dealer/Jobber application, copy of business license or other proof (i.e. phone directory listing, website URL) must be received before discounts are extended. ARIAS COMPONENTS reserves the right to change prices without notification, although every attempt will be made to notify in advance.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
ARIAS COMPONENTS accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), PayPal, Venmo, Cashiers Check, Postal Money Order and Bank Wire Transfer. Company checks will be accepted once requirements are met after initial order. Personal checks will be accepted, although a five to seven-day hold will be put on order processing until funds are cleared. Qualifying accounts are eligible for credit terms; consult your ARIAS COMPONENTS sales associate. International orders (outside Continental U.S.) require 100% prepayment (See INTERNATIONAL & FOREIGN SALES POLICIES). Please note: If an account must be placed into collection, the purchaser will be responsible for all related professional recovery fees.
SALES TAX:
Non-refundable sales tax will be charged on all invoices to California purchasers unless a resale card is on file with ARIAS COMPONENTS at time of invoicing.
RETURNED CHECKS:
If a check is returned for any reason, a $50.00 USD service charge will be billed, and all shipments will be permanently returned to “COD: Cash Only” or “Prepaid: Certified Check”.
SHIPPING (48 continental states):
All orders will be shipped from ARIAS COMPONENTS’ warehouse by UPS Ground method unless an express method is requested. All shipping charges applied to ARIAS COMPONENTS orders include insurance and handling/packaging fees. Shipments charged to third-party accounts will incur a $10.00 handling fee. All shipments are F.O.B. Aromas, California, unless drop-shipped from ARIAS COMPONENTS’ suppliers. Drop-ship service is available from ARIAS COMPONENTS’ facilities at $10.00 per shipment. Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service. ARIAS COMPONENTS cannot be responsible for damages due to carriers’ negligence. Any discrepancies in ARIAS COMPONENTS’ order processing or shipment, such as quantity of parts invoiced versus actual parts delivered, must be reported within 10 days of receipt by customer in order to make a legitimate claim of error.
GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY
ARIAS COMPONENTS (ARIAS) warrants each new product to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, nor damaged because of negligence by customer or installer. Due to the nature of high-performance applications, ARIAS products are sold without any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
Purchaser and end user agrees ARIAS, or its suppliers, shall not – under any circumstances – be held liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages, including – but not limited to – loss of profits or revenue, loss of other property or equipment, cost of purchased or replacement goods, injury or death, or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts.
OFF-HIGHWAY USE:
Many of the parts described or listed by ARIAS are designed for off-highway use only. Installation of “off-highway” parts may impair your vehicle’s emission control system performance, these parts should not be installed on any vehicle used on any street or highway. Any installation as such could adversely affect the warranty coverage for an on-street or highway vehicle and violates state or federal emission laws. Subject to applicable state law, some items may not be legal for use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles. The purchaser and/or customer is responsible for checking state and federal emission regulations.
REVISIONS:
ARIAS COMPONENTS reserves the right to make changes in design, specifications, materials and/or pricing of its products without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured or sold.
INTERNATIONAL & FOREIGN SALES POLICIES
SALES POLICY:
All International (outside continental U.S.) & Foreign orders will be assessed a $25.00 handling fee per order regardless of size. Domestic (including U.S. territories) and Canadian shipping destinations will be assessed a handling fee of $10.00.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
All International orders require 100% prepayment, unless credit requirements with an established account have been met. ARIAS COMPONENTS accepts PayPal, Bank Wire Transfers, Postal Money Orders or International Cashier’s Checks. Please email or call for bank transfer information. International Credit Cards will not be accepted unless a consistent business relationship has been established.
BACKORDERS:
In the event several items are ordered and one (or more) is on backorder, the entire order will be placed on a “Full Order Hold” until the backordered item(s) arrives. This will eliminate the customer paying two separate shipping fees. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges, simply specify at the time of order and we can accommodate your request.
SHIPPING (International):
ARIAS COMPONENTS exports to worldwide destinations daily. All orders will be shipped by UPS Worldwide Expedited. UPS shipments include tracking numbers which are emailed once your order ships. To track your shipment, go to UPS.com
By the customer’s request we can also ship by USPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on availability of your destination. Please inquire at time of ordering.
A freight broker/forwarder may be utilized; however ALL international shipping arrangements must be fulfilled by the final recipient before shipment from ARIAS COMPONENTS. ARIAS COMPONENTS will not be responsible for merchandise once in possession of the freight broker/forwarder.
Shipping cost will be door to door, excluding the destination country’s duty and tax. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of these duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery and are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by ARIAS COMPONENTS.

Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to International customers at this time.
INSURANCE:
All shipments of ARIAS COMPONENTS orders include insurance up to US$1500.00 of coverage for one package. If the declared value of the shipment exceeds this amount, then the order will be divided into the required amount of packages to meet this maximum.
